Job Description:

Independently contribute to external business development opportunities evaluation, early pipeline and in line products market insights.

Lead the oncology insights and market data strategy efforts for Pierre Fabre's Melanoma, Breast Cancer, and Epstein-Barr Virus–Positive Posttransplant Lymphoproliferative Disease (PTLD) portfolio.

Engage with global brand teams and leaders to understand their strategic priorities.

Be a thought leader and strategic partner for marketing teams and senior franchise leaders.

Coordinate with the business analyst dedicated to the related therapeutics area.

Manage multiple oncology projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights.

Partner with marketing, finance, medical, and other departments within Pierre Fabre.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Collaboration & Influence:

Support the Head of Strategy & Market Insights in providing strategic thought and input to business unit leads and functional stakeholders.

Engage with business unit leads and functional stakeholders to understand and prioritize business issues.

Formulate actionable recommendations for functional teams leveraging insights generated.
Team Leadership and Project Management:
-
Contribute to develop the Business insight team.

Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities in planning and performance processes.

Structure and process the insight generation to support early pipeline and business development decisions.
Strategic Insights Generation:
-
Develop and communicate actionable insights to inform oncology launches and in-line indication strategies.

Synthesize diverse data sources to guide decision-making in Pierre Fabre's oncology pipeline.

Conduct market research to gain a deep understanding of the oncology landscape and patient needs.

Anticipate competitor strategies in the oncology market.
Analytics and Performance Management:

Oversee the development of oncology-focused forecasts, KPIs, and integrated cross-functional dashboards for oncology products performance reports.

Track KPIs impacting commercial forecasts for oncology products and explain performance deviations.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 7+ years of experience in marketing insights and analytics in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with a focus on oncology.

Strong understanding of oncology market dynamics and treatment landscapes.

Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global pharmaceutical company.

Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or Doctorate) in a relevant field preferred.

Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate intellectual curiosity, an entrepreneurial spirit, a consultative mindset, and a strong understanding of healthcare and pharma marketing. They should also be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities.
