Une Journée Chez MKS :
En tant que Field Service Engineer chez MKS Instruments, vous collaborerez avec les systèmes de production de haute technologie, les lasers, les produits Motion et Vacuum pour soutenir et maintenir nos technologies avancées.
L'objectif principal de ce poste est de soutenir les lasers et les systèmes d'amplification pour les applications scientifiques et industrielles. Le secteur principal d'intervention est Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes ou Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
Dans ce rôle, vous serez rattaché(e) à Cédric, notre Responsable Field Services.
Dans ce rôle, vous aurez un impact en :
- Installation, diagnostic et réparation des systèmes laser à impulsions ultra-courtes.
- Alignement optique et dépannage des sous-ensembles électromécaniques.
- Maintien de la fonctionnalité opérationnelle des équipements laser scientifiques et industriels.
- Formation des clients à l'utilisation et à la maintenance du système.
- Servir d'interface entre l'entreprise, les clients et l'usine sur les questions administratives et techniques.
- Détermination des méthodes et procédures pour les nouvelles missions.
- Déplacements France et y compris à l'international pour le support client et la formation.
- Atouts/compétences requises :
- Expérience technique avec un minimum de 5 ans dans un poste similaire
- Expérience avec les systèmes laser
- Anglais courant
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en informatique
- Intégrité et comportement éthique avec la capacité d'inspirer confiance.
- Compétences analytiques, commerciales, interpersonnelles et de communication solides.
- Motivé, autonome et approche positive de la résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à réussir dans un environnement de haute technologie rapide et en constante évolution.
Ce qui serait un plus ?
- Expérience avec les équipements de semi-conducteurs serait un avantage.

A Day in Your Life at MKS :
As a Field Service Engineer at MKS Instruments, you will partner with high tech production systems, lasers, motion stages, and vacuum products to support and maintain our advanced technologies.
The primary focus of this position is the support of lasers and amplifier systems for scientific and industrial applications. The preferred location is Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes or Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
In this role, you will report to Cédric, our Manager of Field Services.
You Will Make an Impact By :
- System installation, diagnosis, and repair of ultra-short pulse laser systems.
- Optical alignment and troubleshooting of electromechanical subassemblies.
- Maintaining operational functionality of scientific and industrial laser equipment.
- Instructing customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
- Serving as the company interface with customers and the factory on administrative and technical matters.
- Determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
- Travel in France and internationally for customer support and training.
Skills You Bring :
- Technicial experience with a minimum of 5 years on similar position
- Experience with laser systems
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Integrity and ethical behavior with the ability to inspire trust.
- Strong analytical, business, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Motivated, self-driven, and positive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high-tech environment.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with semiconductor equipment would BE an advantage.
