Our client, a fast-growing company offering accounting, fund administration, and investor reporting services to real estate and private equity sectors, is looking for a head of HR to join them as a freelance.
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Head of HR for a 4-month assignment in Luxembourg. You will develop HR strategies, manage operations, and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business needs.
- Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and wellbeing.
- Redesign and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws.
- Lead recruitment, performance reviews, and career development for senior management.
- Promote organizational culture and manage employee relations.
- Manage HR budget and oversee HR process automation.
- 10+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a dynamic or transforming environment (consultancy experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus), and proficient in MS Office.
