Within The Laughing Cow Strategy & Equity team, you will contribute to the definition of The Laughing Cow strategy & growth pillars, brand purpose, brand positioning, CSR & BSR strategy and you will develop the brand communication contents to drive the brand growth.

You will BE directly reporting to The Laughing Cow Brand Equity Director and will directly lead key strategic brand projects :

Brand strategy :
- Co-identifying The Laughing Cow strategy globally and by clusters, with related growth pillars
- Co-developing IMC yearly Global strategy and defining creative & Media strategic beliefs
- Developing relevant Portfolio strategies with clusters

Communication strategy :
- Developing strategic brand campaigns at the regional and global scale, on core business and on strategic innovations
- Developing global activations content
- Developing Always On strategy & Social Media content with Global studio
- Developing POSM & E-com assets
- Creating the brand visual & design system and its guidelines for adaptation and amplification locally
- Elaborating guidelines for adaptation and amplification in local markets
- Validating local contents delegated to clusters
- Ensuring Brand communication consistency across the markets

Market intelligence :
- Understanding consumer needs and competitive environment in key markets
- Understanding brand equity, brand strength and opportunities
- Measuring communication performance and adapting content
- Understanding brand P&L and business model
- Benchmarking communication content against key competitors and inspiring brands

Key Brand markets :
- France, Morocco, US, Canada, Middle East, Vietnam, Spain, India

PROFILE

With a recognized Marketing expertise (minimum 8 years of experience) and a strong business orientation, you need to have developed a significant experience in consumer understanding and brand equity development in collaboration with local Marketing teams. Your experience in media, digital and agency management will allow you to lead the development of Laughing Cow strategy & brand communication contents. Your passion for New Media will allow you to propose daring initiatives to engage & stand out.

You have recognized expertise in brand management and enjoy mixing strategic vision with strong operational projects. Your communication skills and capacity to engage teams will allow you to drive several projects simultaneously.

You understand the business and cultural challenges of an international food company, you have a strong interest in the study of consumer behavior and the development of new brand concepts. You are proactive and can take a step back to question the existing framework and processes.

At ease in an organization undergoing transformation, you have a sensitive understanding of marketing insights and a brand strategic vision to contribute to the long-term Kiri brand's development.

Fluent in English, and a working experience in Middle East, North Africa and/or North America, is a real plus.
