At the heart of this role is a focus on first class service and account management, something which Bridor prides itself on and attributes its success to. As National Account Manager you will manage an established retail customer portfolio, IT will BE your responsibility to ensure customers receive this high level of service expected, whilst maximising the opportunities to develop Bridor's presence within the Grocery channel.
Reporting directly to the Retail Sales Director, you will take responsibility for developing and implementing new initiatives to drive growth within major retail multiple customers. This includes negotiating contracts, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and trade promotions, as well as preparing and delivering budget and forecast reports. Working closely with Bridor's development teams, you will also play a key role in introducing new NPD to the market.
The successful candidate for this position will have a proven track record of developing sales and building strong customer relationships within a retail account management position. You will ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience of managing retail customers, preferably gained at National Account Manager level.
Exposure to retail customers within a private label food is essential as well as possessing a real passion for premium food products. You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in order to build relationships internally and with your customers. You will BE a well organised team player with the drive, motivation and enthusiasm to achieve sales and delivering success for Bridor.
