Your missions :
Within the Business Excellence department, which is responsible for deploying group tools in our agencies, implementing the group's target organization, and improving the performance of the agent network. The team is supported by regional and local relays for major agencies. You will participate in project structuring, change management, and consolidation of improvements.
What will you do?
- Qualify the deliverables of each on-site Project Manager
- Monitor adherence to timelines
- Facilitate change management related to missions
- Contribute to the project SharePoint
- Analyze mission results
What are we looking for?
- You have a higher education degree such as a Master 2 or 3rd year of engineering school with a specialization in Management, Project Management.
- Ideally, you have international experience, even academic, and you are open-minded about the world.
- You are bilingual in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate with English-speaking colleagues, and if possible, you have knowledge of Spanish and/or Chinese.
- Your open-mindedness, interpersonal skills, responsiveness, and diplomacy will enable you to successfully carry out the missions of this position.
- You quickly demonstrate rigor, autonomy, teaching skills, and good communication that helps you build relationships.
