Description du poste
The main Responsibilities are:
- Plan and coordinate the requirements engineering activities with stakeholders, such as the System Leader, Software Team Leader, and Hardware Team Leader.
- Establish the Configuration Management Plan and Requirements Management Plan using the appropriate tools (IBM Rational DOORS or Similar).
- Optimize requirements engineering activities through automation (DXL).
- Interface with the customer to plan and exchange stakeholder requirements using the appropriate tools.
- Gather, import, and communicate stakeholder requirements to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain the requirements database established for the project using tools such IBM Rational DOORS or Similar
- Monitor and report the requirements status to the project team, including analysis completion, traceability, and test coverage.
- Provide DOORS support to the team
Qualifications
Compétences requises
- Proficiency in requirements engineering processes (gathering, analysis, management, traceability).
- Experience with tools like IBM Rational DOORS or similar.
- Knowledge of configuration and version management for requirements.
- Familiarity with DXL (DOORS Extension Language) to automate processes within IBM DOORS and streamline requirements activities.
- Analytical skills to break down complex requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Understanding of development methodologies, especially in the automotive industry (ASPICE, ISO 26262).
