The Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) plans, develops and orchestrates our marketing activities in our Sales region 2 - Western Europe & South America (= France, Benelux, Southern Europe, South America). The RMM implements the global marketing strategy, coordinates with regional sales management and is supported by the global marketing Communication and Product Marketing Team. The role reports to the VP Marketing & Communications.
Tasks :
- Creation of the exhibitions and trade fair planning for the region, orchestration and implementation together with service providers, SBUs and sales team
- Orchestration and implementation of regional marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Managing regional CRM/Salesforce campaigns, Email-Marketing and KPI tracking
- Planning, creation and adaptation of marketing materials (e.g. video references, sales brochures, campaigns, exhibition booths) for the region aligned with Corporate Identity/Design
- Planning and management of the regional marketing budget and success control
- Best practice sharing and exchange with other regions
- Manages one working student
- Completed studies with a focus on marketing and communication or a corresponding commercial apprenticeship
- Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in B2B or in a technical environment
- Very good knowledge of the modern and digital marketing mix
- Experience in the planning and implementation of trade fairs/conventions
- Organizational talent, planning skills and commitment in a team
- Excellent knowledge of French and English. Another European foreign language is a plus.
- Completed studies with a focus on marketing and communication or a corresponding commercial apprenticeship
