L'activité de cette prestation se portera sur : PROJECT INSPECTION OFFICER
Context : We are seeking a Project Inspection Officer to support the inspection management team for an offshore project. This position is essential for ensuring the quality and compliance of operations.
Main Responsibilities :
- Notification Monitoring : Ensure the reception and processing of inspection notifications (received and handled).
- NFI Loading : Load Notifications (NFI) in the POSE application at the request of the PIC.
- ITP Creation : Develop Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) using the POSE application at the request of the Inspection Coordinator (PIC).
- Candidate Request Recording : Record Request For Candidate (RFC) and associated CVs in the Z database.
- Project Tracking : Maintain tracking tables for the project.
- Inspection Report & Inspection Release Note Record & Dispatch : Coordinate with PIC to ensure weekly POSE App. is properly updated with Inspection Report & Inspection Release Note. Manage dispatch to Client & other disciplines
- Document Updates : Ensure that files are updated with the latest applicable documents and associated comments (Z + SharePoint Agencies) in line with ongoing/plan inspections.
- Monitoring and Reminders : Track review times for ITPs and MRBs, remind PICs, and transfer PIC comments into documents according to project procedures.
Required Skills :
- Organization : Ability to effectively manage and organize files and information. Ability to adapt his work methodologies using COMPANY Software.
- Technical Knowledge : Understanding of ordering and inspection processes.
- Communication : Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Autonomy and Initiative : Capacity to work independently and take proactive initiatives.
- Computer Skills : Proficiency in Offices software & associated application.
- Langage : English
