Adsearch, a recruitment firm based in Nice, supports you in your career to find THE ideal position. Im recruiting for a fast growing fintech, an IT Support Specialist (M/F) based in Sophia Antipolis.
Your missions :
Level 1 / Level 2 technical support for users
Resolve technical incidents
Install and configure IT equipment
Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes
Ensure the follow-up of incidents and support requests until their complete resolution
Document You will work in a production environment.
Technical environment : Linux, Windows, SQL, Confluence, Python
Your profile :
Fluent English is mandatory
Experience in a production environment
Skills in Linux, Windows Powershell scripting, SQL query (essential)
A first experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
